代表は平成17年より神奈川県および福島県の行政職として勤務し、
平成24年度からは、福島県職員として東日本大震災の被災地域支援（浜通り地区）に特別出向し、復興の最前線で活動してまいりました。
その後、平成29年から令和2年までの期間、福島県内の帰還困難区域において野生動物の調査業務に従事。
人の不在による生態系の変化や、野生動物による被害、環境の再構築に関する知見を深めていきました。
そして令和3年度、これまでの行政・調査の現場経験をもとに、
帰還困難区域における環境整備と人の帰還支援を目的として、合同会社里山環境研究センターを設立。
被災地での経験と現場主義を軸に、有害鳥獣対策・生態調査・地域支援を一体で実施できる組織として現在に至ります。
【Founding Background 】
Our founder began his career in public service in 2005, working for both the Kanagawa Prefectural Government and Fukushima Prefecture.
From 2012 to 2016, he was assigned to a special post-disaster deployment in the Hamadori coastal region of Fukushima, actively supporting recovery efforts in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Between 2017 and 2020, he was engaged in wildlife monitoring and ecological research within the restricted zones of Fukushima, gaining firsthand insight into the complex dynamics between abandoned landscapes, returning residents, and wildlife activity.
In 2021, drawing on these experiences in both disaster recovery and field-based wildlife research,
he founded Satoyama Environmental Research Center, LLC, with a mission to support environmental restoration and community return in the difficult-to-return zones.
The company continues to build on this foundation, offering integrated services in wildlife management, ecological survey, and post-disaster regional support, grounded in practical knowledge and strong field experience.
